A simple algorithm can create inconceivable complexity. Anti-evolutions can't comprhend this emergent complexity.
But anyone who has studied the Mandelbrot set(fractal mathematics), evolutionary algorithms or chaos theory, understands why/how evolution happens.
Instead of studying the natural environment, anti-evolutionists should study the underlying mathematics of evolution. Not everything can be explained by evolution easily.
hey GA. Are you 100% homosexual or are you a very biased bisexual? I ask for your frustrated female subscribers who probably want a go at you but think they cant get none. O_O ;) furthermore, good video man. Its good there are some atheists who study science primarily on youtube. I study science, but most of my arguments come from a philosophical aspect, since, my atheism cam not so much from a scientific quest but more from a "spiritual" one.
I do not really beleive in homosexuality. It is a religious definition. Sexuality is social, as proven by history and social evolution. The genetics might have some value, but is unempirical at this point within our current paradigm.
The answer is no. I can have sex with all humans, but build emotional bounds easier with males. That is because of social influences in my upbringing. ;)
I guess what Im getting at is physical attraction. Do you feel attraction to females sexually at all or are you more "wired" towards male body attraction? Im glad you are open to talking about this things. You norwegians are marvelous beings.
That depends what you mean by saying "understanding reality". Every living creature "understands" objective reality, the part they need to "understand" to survive. You are asking of imaginary conception to the degree where we can test subjective vs objective; all primates can do that.
But this social evolution isn't just a recent human development, we're seeing family care dynamics with creatures as simple and primative as colony insects.
Emotions and a higher power, to me, seem to be mutually exclusive. Still, an excellent thesis supported by solid observations.
Yes, socio-mechanical behavior is seen in all living things; it is just a question of levels. The complex chemical effects in primates are very difficult to map, but in essence not much different from other mammals.
Thanks, the I have the expression copyrighted. NOT! ;)
Yes, I liked it as well, I think I made it. Should I get an award? Anyways, hope I made sense in this video, it is difficult explaining such a complex field with just 10 minutes available. I might make another to Josh if he responds with more questions.
i dont think that love is necessary for procreation so much as to help raise healthy and prepared offspring. i think lust better reflects our carnal desire for procreation.
Didn't he approve this response?

No, he did not approve it, for unknown reasons. I will repost it, and see if it might just was a glitch from his side.

I love the graphics of the Mandelbrot set. So complex imagery from so simple numbers. ;)
But I am no mathematician...

I am more physically attracted to young males in the age of consent group up to approximately 25.
I like them young and feminine, within the law of course. Obviously I am open about these things, why should I not be? ;)

Weren't hominids first with understanding objective reality?
I'm asking out of curiosity.

It's really cool to learn that animals have emotions as well(most notably dogs).
geroldkid 4 years ago
Yes, the behavior of animals are not really different from us. We just have a tendency to think we can control ourselves more...

GA, I don't have anything substantive to add to your discussion here--you've illustrated your points fully.
I just wanted to add a "comment." I enjoyed this video very much. ;)

hehe, thanks. I will probably have to make another on this later on. Josh has not answered yet though...

Yes please make a Vid about consciencness this is were I just can't make the leap into atheisism.
Pleblian 4 years ago
All right. It is fairly "easy", depending how much space you can handle. We do not have a complete understanding yet, but we have plenty already.

Yes, this is a response video to a 15 year old creationist. I will make more for the atheist and scholars as I go along. ;)
My knowledge videos should be up and running soon, even though I promised one a week 2 weeks ago...

why do the atheists always have beardS?
like the jesus guy ?
IAMSPLITTONGUE 4 years ago
Well, I'm an atheist, and I have a beard. But it's because I hate shaving.
dragon2wolf 4 years ago
hehehe
IAMSPLITTONGUE 4 years ago
I have a beard because I am the atheist messiah sent by the lord random chance and his son evolution to save humanity from subjectivity.
GnosticAtheist 4 years ago
Oh thank Satan you've finally returned!

Yes rows, I am finally back. What is it now? My 89495860's coming? Damn, I always get killed, hope its better now...

cool

yup, AIM, it is that easy... Now, let me tell you the truth..... ;)
GnosticAtheist 4 years ago
But..... I thought the Creationists were lying when they said Evolution was just random chance. Don't tell me they were RIGHT. D:
lewisfisher 4 years ago
Relax lewis, its just a metaphor... Hehehe.
Evolution is not random chance, but the big bang on the other hand... Therefore; the SON evolution- get the joke?
GnosticAtheist 4 years ago
Oh right, right. Thanks for clearing that up.
