@DrDespicable Sweetum's mouth works with a hand inside. Observe the scene. Every time he sings the director does close ups so that we do not see his right arm. And when he dances he never sings at the same time. At the rare timew that we see his body while he talks, his right arm is pinned either to the side, or at the back.
