@angryslug1 Theres is probably a script mess up. Check your autoexe.cfg or any other cfgs you might think have been modded, because there is a console code (director_no_survivorbots 0) or something close to that in which takes away bots, but creates a character when an online person joins.

I agree with Gamer. The red dot is pure awesome. You just need to make it a bit brighter and go farther. Also make a way for it to work online. Maybe you could mod the crosshair so its a dot not four lines?

I do however love the lack of flashlight, the increased zombies and no special but I think a weakened tank here or there would be nice. I'm going to see if I can mess with the mod on my own to satisfy my needs.

Fantastic idea with a huge amount of potential but you ruined it by making it unplayable. This needs to be fixed a ton. Give me back my crosshair, make the zombies not look funny when they move. i was hoping they would look more like they were quickly walking. Don't spam human hunting squads or atleast not that frequently. Why do pipe bombs not kill them? I don't like how melee still can knock 50 of them back. I want to move a little more quickly. No reason for the humans to run any slower.

This mode is simply too hard to deal with. As soon as a horde attack you're essentially fucked, even without the headshot rule. There's just nothing you can do against them.

btw when i click extract and choose the pak01 vpk file, it says where do i want to extract it. as default it was set to the same folder containing the pak 01 file. is this the wrong place? I'm really stuck! Any help would be highly appreciated!

Hi. I am really stuck, and this mod looks amazing and right up my street. I follow the Read-Me instructions inside the downloaded zip folder to the letter. i extract the vpk extractor into the correct folder, i run the exe file and i click extract, select pak01 vpk file and click open and it comes up with 0 files found. what have i done wrong.

Real zombies can only die from a bullet to the head since the brain is the part that is infected and is controlling the zombies. it's kind of hard to explain look up Solanum and you will get it

i must say the mod is really "realistic" as far games go nice job oh yea if the mod somehow screws up your game you can right clik left 4 dead in steam and hit properties click the local files tab and click verify game cache it cleans up your l4d and makes up up to date it fixes most of the problems with the game

It's alright, but it would be nice if body shots did damage, albeit very little, at the very least. A flashlight with small battery capacity would be nice, and optional two player co-op would be splendid.

also, i think i should add that its a bit stupid to make the zombies invincible unless shot in the head. I think they should be able to die from shots to the body-but they should have a high resistance to the bullets rather than an invulnerability

Unless he's managed to get tactical reloads into game, reloading constantly doesn't make you run out of ammo. Firing 1 shot from your mag, then reloading only takes 1 bullet from your pocket.
