That dough isn't fully developed you can see it's rough when you place it into the bowl. Don't pass off under developed dough if you aren't going to describe what it should feel like and don't call it perfect FFS.

u can add a bit more sugar as this gives brownish colour to the dough when u cook it.also for those who like it little crispy u can add a little milk( just a tiny bit)
