  • Missing: Aren't u supposed to cut a portion (x grams?), flatten it, toss it in the air, give it a little oven love, take it out, apply tomato puree + toppings and then 10min under the grill to finish it?

  • @blade83336 dont put it in d fridge yeast needs warm area to strt gettin active the warmer the better but not hot either and yea u can put it in d fridge even d freezer!!!! Still gonna b good

  • I think you need to tell us the correct measures, in ml, pints or whatever! Cups are not very safe. I just made a horrible dough

    apart from that was great, recommend cutting dough in half and making two thin pizzas instead of just one masssive pizza. .

    I usually do pizza at home (im italian) and i wanna give you a piece of advice for your pizza dough receipe: when the dough is done, you have to wait more than half an hour... the more you wait, the more the dough will be easy to work with and tasty!

    Oh, and when you cover it, its better with a damp cotton rag so the dough can breath!

  • some water, some sugar and some yeast??? when you don't measure these ingredients, you are bound to get an inconsistent mixture. If you don't know what you're doing, this recipe will frustrate you. sorry but there are more accurate recipes. when baking, MEASURE! especially if you are inexperienced.

And how about letting us know what size pizza we can expect to make with your recipe; and, will that size be for thin crust or thick crust? I have always believed you had to put the dough in the fridge for 4-14 hours, any thoughts on that?

    So, as you can see there is some important information missing; otherwise, love your channel!

  • That dough isn't fully developed you can see it's rough when you place it into the bowl. Don't pass off under developed dough if you aren't going to describe what it should feel like and don't call it perfect FFS.

  • u can add a bit more sugar as this gives brownish colour to the dough when u cook it.also for those who like it little crispy u can add a little milk( just a tiny bit)
