13:43. You know personally I like hat cutscene. I think it would have been really cool to find out Eggman's plans late in Sonic's story. But unfortunatly I will admit that it is unnessesary because of the earlier scene.

This game overall has an outstanding storyline but there are a few cuscenes here and there that feel either redundant or pointless.
