first of all, upgrading to windows 7 dosent upgrade the speed or the preformance of it it acctually slows it down on most pc's. it all depends of the ram your computer has and its virtual memory and harddisk memorre( hard drive)

@bon2341 hey man well thats up to you if you want to back up your files. but you dont have to because all your old files saves in a folder called windows.old. but if you want to be 100% sure that your files will be saved. then back up your files but i repeat you don't have to.

@gangzta42 listen. if you want to burn this, you can. but you need a blank dvd. if you wnat to burn this do not download winrar. because your only downloadin winrar to open the file. so if you just want to burn it. just click the file and then it will take you to a place where you can burn it because it is a .iso file.
