  • Do you like the speedo where it is at? Can you see it or do you really use it anyways?

  • @aricpayne134 it was a bit hard to see, so i just kept it rotated to where i could see from about 60 or 70 or so and above but no, i really never payed much attention to it normally stayed on about 80 or so regardless of the speed limit whether i looked at it or not so why look lol

  • stock head pipes, homemade 1 7/8" slip ons they actually sounded surprisingly good to

  • What brand of exhaust did you use? Looks great!

  • beautiful ride, how high did you lift the tank??

  • i used to ride dirtbikes alot, i beat on them pretty hard i guess my buddy that i sold the bike to cut the bars apart and rewelded everything, installed gussets in the corners and put them back on

  • How did those z bars break??

  • Love it dude. Bigger sissy bar would set it off tho

  • How did you mount your tail lights?

  • your adio sucks but its ok bra your horse makes up for it

  • awesome bike :)

plus it makes it extra cool that "larry the cable guy" is doing the voice :P

  • hello,

i would like to know were you buy your back fender its looking great!!!

  • Nice bike, I think it's ballzy to take a Nightster and chop it up, but hell you made it unique and you won't have trouble finding it in the parking lot full of factory bikes. I like the bike..but drop that British accent

  • @floatpool how do i sound british ? have you ever heard a british accent wow how could you possibly mistake a hillbilly for britsh........ so where are you from eastern ky hills here

  • @imprtracer2000 Sarcasm my friend..learn it, live it, love it

  • @floatpool oh well in that case, that was kinda funny i wondered how you could possibly think that

  • @floatpool that is a southern accent not british

  • are those rear struts stock or did there used to be a suspension there? where did you get those struts from? nice bike

  • i built the struts

  • please tell me where you got your p pad passenger seat from

  • hello, nice job! I intend to place it on my sportster handlebar, it is necessary to change cables? know what would be, where can I purchase them online.

  • Where did you get those front turn signal mounts from?? Bike looks great

  • @ruffdogg22 It's a kit they sell at the hd shop. Not expensive at all

  • Great mods.......Awesome seat!!! who makes it, I want it!!!!!! npitofsky@yahoo.com

  • nice bike!!

is this a 180 whitewall on the back?

  • hi importracer2000

    very nice bike!

is this an 150 or 180 whitewall on the back? Dunlop?

    back wheel inch?

    thx

  • @stfu1981 its a 150 on the 16 inch

  • Hey where is the seat and fender from?? Looks great and I am doing a 2000 XL custom as we speak!

  • @blsplr51 The fender is just the factory fender cut down. The seat is made by lepera

  • Love your bike! Just put those Licks 10 inchers on mine. I was wondering what the process of moving the ignition entails?

  • When you moved the speedo was it hard to do and did you use the factory one or no?

  • Yeah I used the factory one. It's not to hard to move, you just need to take the wiring harness out of the loom and take the tape office it so you can pull the wires back to where they need to be

  • Comment removed

  • what plug wires did you use?

  • I am using two of the front plug wires. They cost like $8 apiece

  • couple more questions...where can i get a spring seat like that, and did you have to relocate the computer under the seat or were you able to keep it under there?

  • where can i get some ridgid struts like yours, and how hard was it to relocate the ignition and the coil

  • I love your bike. My husband has the same bike. Could you make me a sissy bar and brace for the fender? i'm interested in the seats too. Let me know thanks

  • Hey, so how much for the sissy bar? My 08 is set up pretty much like yours..How high is it above the fender and were are you mounting it off the swing arm? Looks super nice man!

  • I have the same questions. I wanna know how well that seat works and where to get it. Also the bob seat. Great looking bike btw!

  • the seat works great, although i'm no longer using the one you see here, this is one that i bought and it was worthless. the new one was custom made for me with extra foam and a gel pad. the new one works pretty good. i can have some of these seats made up if anyone needs one should be about 100$ shipped

  • how is the weight supported on that rear fender? and would you be able to make the rear back rest along with that gel seat? it looks simple and vintage. i love your bike man! and thanks for the response, im subscribing to your videos to see what your up to next.

  • yeah, i have made a few of these sissy bars, its no problem. i have another guy make the seats for me though...... dude is good with needle and thread..... the back fender is supported by a brace that i make out of 1/8 inch flat bar, i heat, strain, and grunt it to the same shape as the fender, i've rode my girl on mine several thousand miles and i havn't had a minutes trouble out of it.

  • Well thank you for the reply. I can't wait to see what you do next. Peace!

  • O just placed an order to have a few more of these seats made up of anyone wants one let me know. They will be $100 I got him to make them all black

  • I am after a saet that sits low over the back guard like you have acheived. The seat looks great. Is it leather? What sort of springs? I'm in Australia, but I would like the seat to be posted to an address in USA. Is this possible please? Nice Ride.

  • quick questions:

-is your rear fender lowered onto the wheel more, or just chopper?

-how the hell did you do the springer seat mod, with all that crap under the stock seat? Is there a kit you buy or do I just go to a buddies shop and start chopping and stuff?

    - where did you get the lick n stick seat?

  • What kind of headlamp and extension bracket is that holding it?

  • it is an oem softail headlight no sure on the brand of the bracket but it is 3 inch

  • I need a bracket like that. Do you know where I can get one?

  • i got mine from the little pars store down the road from my house not really sure where you could get one. you should be able to just google headlight extension bracket or something and find one though

  • SWEET!!

  • Do you actually ride two up? I want to chop my fender like yours but I was concerned it wouldn't hold the weight of a passenger.

  • yeah, we actually ride 2 up lol actually me and my girl rode it 700 miles weekend before last. we started at pikeville ky, went to bristol tn./pigeon forge/ gatlinburg/ and then followed the southern border of the cherokee nat. forest (this road turns into gravel, forewarned) into north carolina and back in 2 days

  • my fav harley !

  • damn, this bike is so badass.

  • Badass man!!! one day i'll have a nightster!!! one day

  • i just raised my tank ( 09 nightster ) and now my gas light comes on early, did you have the same problem and if so were you able to fix it?

  • i have heard people talk about this happening, honestly, i never noticed it.

  • Hi, I love you bike, and I thought the idea of the speedo mounted on the air cleaner was very neat! why did you remove it? too much shaking? I want to do the same thing on my nightster, but I am not sure how will it hold the vibration, please let me know !!

  • yeah it was hard to get the speedo to stay still on the air cleaner. the main reason i moved it was to make it a little less visible though. but it seemed to take the engine vibration pretty well though

  • Sick Ride!

Where did you get those Sissy bar from? Are those the stock rear fenders chopped?

  • i made the sissy bar out of some 1/2 inch round stock. that is the factory fender, i chopped it off on the front side to lose the ecm hole, shaved the mounting tabs and a small hole or 2. thanks for the compliment!

  • Cool Thanks!

    Again Nice Ride!

  • an S&S teardrop air cleaner would go perfectly with this bike

    well done sir

    5/5

  • Bad ass dude. Couple of questions:

-How tall are the Z bars?

-How big a pain in the ass was the rear fender chop job? (I'm assuming you HAVE to go springer seat if you chop the fender?)

-What color did you paint the bike?

I want to paint mine that color, but I don't know if it's flat black, satin black, matte black, or what. I don't want it to end up looking chalky, or too glossy. Yours looks about perfect.

  • Nice! It's givin me ideas......

  • its lookin good

  • bitchin' bike. nice work.

  • LOVE that accent!

  • is that back seat removable? cause i want my woman on my bike to but when i cruise alone i wanna be able to take it off

  • mine is not, it is mounted to the fender. you can get seats almost identical to this that have suction cups on them though. i think they are about 100$

  • looks good man that tire really does put ya one on the front now

  • i think i'm gonna go with an avon speedmaster on the front, i kinda like the mismatched look
