Such sensational video titles, the kid who got beat up is also Chinese, except he's an ethnic minority. Many of them are pick pockets, and when taken to the police they're let off scot free after a few hours 1) because they're too small to be prsecuted 2) the law is more lenient towards ethnic minorities. Many of these kids abuse this loophole, and the locals get sick and tired of the police doing nothing and take the law into their own hands.

Let's be realistc. Asian people in America are not violent people. They "'don't like to cause trouble" and they are honest and hard working. They don't call the police at the drop of a hat. I viewed this several times and it appears he was being knocked over, pushed around and pulled around. His hand was stepped on, but not hard and boy didn't act hurt. He was not "beaten"! My guess is he had no physical injuries, but he was shamed and his pride is probably hurt. He was taught a lesson!
