Also I think it's possible that House might have halucinated the whole detox and that he slept with Cuddy. That would be an intresting twist. But what happens then? If he ends up in a psyche ward he wont be able to practice medicin, thus making the 6:th season pretty non-houseish. I think it's more likely that he tries to overdose on Vicoding ending up in a closed ward. That would be his.. hmm.. 3:rd suicide attempt?

I think there is an incident where the patient hurt s somebody (I think Wilson).Chase operates on the person hurt, doesnt go so well. Cameron is devastated, cries her eyes out, Cuddy also cries when she tells House, House he must have done something to provoke the incident (with or without hallucinations). And next season hes in the loony bin probably seeing dead people.

It would be an interesting storyline... dont you think?

Actrually Vicodin has a two hour half life, and since most of the drug will be out of the system in 5 half lives, it is possible. But I doubt he'd be feeling that good the day after..
