It's completely different generations and one has over the other originality. But Lea's voice is something that isn't found today. Hence, both brilliant in their own way.

When Lea and Chris did this number on Glee I'd already seen the Judy and Barbara version at least 50 times. And one of the things I loved about the way Glee did it, is how Lea and Chris replicated a lot of he mannerism and movement of the original. You can really see it here when you put them up side by side. It's a beautiful tribute to two great ladies.

It's that last note that always proves to me how Judy's and Barbra's version will ALWAYS beat Glee's. Lea and Chris are, very good, but they just don't manage to get that last note right.
