Im sorry to say but you missed one of the frags. There is a total of 3 you only got 2 one is used for nade jumping out of that crate. The last frag is ontop of the ramp entrance to that big room by the freezer. Its on the corner and you shoot it off.

I've seen other people that skip the last barrel before that one by hitting the one before it at an angle so that it shoots them forward enough to hit that edge underwater, and then on the way back, they jump up out of the water and jump back off that last barrel. I've done it before and it does save a lot of time, but it's hard to do (for me anyway), although I'm sure practicing it enough will help a lot. That's the only other alternative I can offer, lol.

Hey dumbasses don't tell people how to do it or show them where the grenades are so you can win The flaming helmet. Also take off all the videos of you doing it so they don't just go on you tube and look up sarkathlon 4. Make them find the grenades by themselves and there own route by themselves too.

okay first off, you're wrong. there are two grenades down there. one frag and a firebomb. you're meant to grenade jump up from the bottom level of that box unless you're pro enough just to jump up there. this IS the REAL map and gametype. there is nothing amiss about this video.
