Even LTJ knows that noone likes that album. Atleast the ppl who come to their shows, they expect ska cause thats what they truly are. A ska band. When they come out with this shitty punk/rock album out of the blue ppl are gonna say it sucks. Sure the mainstream likes IWTOC but the mainstream doesnt really go to their shows. Thats why I think they dont play much of the album live.

less than jake has always been my all time favorite band since i first saw their music video for automatic back in 1997. through the years i've bought every album they put out, and although "in with the out crowd" wasn't bad, the fact that this track is extremely horn heavy and the catchy horn lines that make up a substantial part of that less than jake sound makes me extremely stoked to get this album. welcome back guys, it's been a long time!

I listened to most of the streaming premiere of this new album last night. All I can say is Wow. I play trombone/bass trombone and have missed these horn lines and the older sound. I liked In With The Out Crowd ok enough, but I missed this sound. God how I missed it!

I've preordered this and cannot wait to put it into heavy rotation in my car and on my iPod.

I'm happy as anyone to hear the return of their "horn section", but...

Also...kick in some barri sax and some lows from the recordings. I listened to the Amazon demos..and sure; a power metal solo breaks through occasionally - but it still feels forced here. Like trying to "recapture' an old sound. That sucks. It should be fluid, not pre-meditated.

Sounds like these guys formed their own corporate record label to dispense this rehash. Damn. Seems like they forgot their own sound. Woo-ooo-oh.
