The Isuzu DMax is Australia's 2009 and 2010 4x4 UTE (or Pickup) of the Year beating the much expensive diesel pickups Toyota Hilux, Nissan Navara, Mitsubishi Strada Triton, Mazda BT-50, and Holden Colorado. According to the magazines, it's one of the cheapest yet it handles way better even in tricky downhills, has ultra-torquey power even at low rpms, it's the most durable, and the most fuel-efficient of them all giving out 12.7 km per litre even when towing almost an 3-tonne boat
The one featured in the video is the DMax DDi-iTEQ series issued in Philippines, Malaysia, and Vietnam. The powerful version, also 3-litre turbo-diesel, is the DMax TD VGS (like those in Europe, Australia and Thailand). This verion hasn't arrived yet in the Philippines but it's been in these countries mentioned since 2007, and recently in Thailand in 2009.

No wonder why it's the best selling Pick up trucks in Thailand, It would be nice that it will happen also in Philippines...
