I have this nagging feeling Avatar was supposed to be 4 seasons... but it had to be cut short. That's the only explanation I can find for why the 3rd season was so rushed. Relationships popping out of nowhere or pushed to react quickly, things brought up to never be mentioned again... (blood bending) so I feel like if the show went on a little longer... it might have ended better... and by better I mean with Zutara. And many other good things.
But blood bending had been mentioned again when Katara went looking for the raiders who killed her mother... But apart from that, I agree. All the relationships seemed rushed.
@xXMissStarrySkiesXx yes I know she used it again, but... you had an entire episode about learning it and her feeling all guilty about being a blood bender, and the only other time she uses it, it's in passing and no one even comments on it. What Aang and Katara have/had in the show was awkward and forced, and anyone who can't see that is blind.
They should make a series where Katara and Zuko go back and defeat Zuko's father, (along with aang's help) and Zuko finds his mother, where Zuko can restore his honor, but in a different way. And where Sokka finds Suki. Like if you agree :)

She asumed that just because he was the Fire Nation Prince that he had a perfect life. Then she found out about his Mom and that his Father gave him his scar. When she learned about his Mom, that was a turning point.
I thought they would make a cute couple. First time I saw this show. I thought about them being a couple, Cause they where oppsits in the elements. Fire and Water. But also heard form the Extras version. That they almost did put Zuko and Katara together. Cute video. I'll support Zuko and Katara.

okay fellow zutarians, somebody's gotta say this: this song is much more appropriate for zuko and mai. mai has gone thru virtually nothing. the worst thing she has experienced is that she was told to keep quiet as a child. haven't we all? but katara's mom was frickin murdered by one of zuko's ppl. katara gets it. that's why they make such a good pair, because they can understand each other's pain. my dad died at the hand of an incapable doctor-i get the pain. mai will never understand him.
I really like this video. It's very powerful and very beautiful. I've only seen one Zutara video as powerful as this, and they are VERY rare. Amazing job! I like what you did at 2:57 - 3:00. The beginning scene is another great clip in this video. You did an incredible job.
I heard somewhere that originally Zuko and Katara were going to be together, but since this is a children's show (regardless of the fact more teenagers watch it than children) the creater of the show desided against it, and so became Katara and Aang - crush only - and unrequitted love.

I thought they would make a cute couple. First time I saw this show. I thought about them being a couple, Cause they where oppsits in the elements. Fire and Water. But also heard form the Extras version. That they almost did put Zuko and Katara together. Cute video. I'll support Zuko and Katara.

okay fellow zutarians, somebody's gotta say this: this song is much more appropriate for zuko and mai. mai has gone thru virtually nothing. the worst thing she has experienced is that she was told to keep quiet as a child. haven't we all? but katara's mom was frickin murdered by one of zuko's ppl. katara gets it. that's why they make such a good pair, because they can understand each other's pain. my dad died at the hand of an incapable doctor-i get the pain. mai will never understand him.

I really like this video. It's very powerful and very beautiful. I've only seen one Zutara video as powerful as this, and they are VERY rare. Amazing job! I like what you did at 2:57 - 3:00. The beginning scene is another great clip in this video. You did an incredible job.

I heard somewhere that originally Zuko and Katara were going to be together, but since this is a children's show (regardless of the fact more teenagers watch it than children) the creater of the show desided against it, and so became Katara and Aang - crush only - and unrequitted love.

Zuko and Mai? No. Katara and Aang? No, it's Zuko and Katara forever. <3 They should have left their first idea of Zutara being together alone. This series would have been much better if they did. Personally, I think Aang should have ended up with Toph. It was so fucking obvious that Aang and Katara were gonna get together, but with Zuko and Katara... Words cannot explain. The clips so match the music..I thought it said "the memory of royal pain", (is actually "all your pain") so I thought it really fitted Zuko, then I read the lyrics...Fail nya~
