Becky, you sound so down today. We tend to let the ups and downs get to us way too much. You are doing so well. You lost a lot of weight and maintained it for a long time. You should feel proud of that!
TAke care of yourself, go for those walks, they are good for burning calories and boosting your mood!
Hey Becky - Hang in there. It is not 4 real pounds - maybe it will lose you as fast as it found you. I don't have as much restriction as I once did and I would give anything (almost) to have it again. Unfortunately I can't because of night reflux...but I would love to have my restriction until I get to maintenance. But... guess I will take your advice and do the best I can working for it. :) Have a nice week.
Are you about to start your period? I always gain a few lbs a few days before I start, then it is gone a few after I start. I am on my 4th month just lost 2 lbs this week. You can do it girl!!!
Hi Becky, Don't worry about the gain--it can't be four REAL pounds. I know how you feel though and I feel the exact same way that you do when I have a gain--that I am fat again. It's amazing, but that is exactly how I feel. As soon as you see the number go down--and it will go down--you will feel better. In the meantime, you should be enjoying your weight loss!!

IF ONLY we knew why our bodies did stupid things like GAIN? Uhg. I gained last week as well, but we keep on truckin'... You've still come a long way, chin up!
Hey Becky, Keep your chin up!! You have had great success over the last year. We all sometimes get down and feel bad when we have a weight gain. Don't let it stop you from continuing your journey...
