This film really departs from the tired old formula of stereotyping southern Americans. Also the originality of basing it in the middle of the woods in a log cabin, would really show Sam Raimi and George A Romero a thing or two about horror. Also note the $300 spent on this doesnt show much, nor the $4 spent on getting the cream of amateur dramatics to spend a good half hour to film it. For the viewer this all builds up to the real drama of returning the film back to the shop and slapping them
