Mario Party: Luigi's Engine Room

So i re-bought this game about 2 years ago and every time i play Luigi has finished something other than last twice. He's never won (because I'm playing [and I'm pretty sweet]). He always starts out good and then just takes a nose dive to last place. I think my game hates him or something.

I still believe this played up the idea of Mr. L from Super Paper Mario being a gear head. Luigi is a plumber but he's also fairly smart individual. The idea of him having an Engin Room suites him very well
