They take pictures of you in your car. The guys shooting these video clips took pictures of them inside and outside of their vans. They don't take pictures of the inside of your car.
Can you please explain to me what makes these vans unconstitutional? I am guessing that your challenging the authority of the vans actions based on the 3rd or 4th Amendment to the Constitution. Either way it appears that these challenges are based on your opinion or your interpretation of the U.S. Constitution. You are misleading the public by stating that the vans are unconstitutional. Some day the courts may decide you are right but until then you are just giving you opinion.

Actually they are supposed to take a photo of the driver (which is usually inside the car)
