The Stranger sometimes appears when you have a diamond of Azzanadra in your inventory. He wields a poisoned Dragon dagger and follows the closest person to him. He is non-attackable to the players not doing Desert Treasure.

I know what that is, that's the stranger from desert treasure. If you keep the gems you can get in desert treasure in your inventory, it will sometimes pop out and attack you during the quest. If you tele it'll stay there for a bit and follow random people - Kind of weird lol.
