  • Amazing!

  • I want one.

  • holy smokes!!

  • Why aren't there more Leaf burnout videos. We all know they have the power (literally and figuratively).

  • I loled. I just find electric car burnouts hilarious for some reason.

  • Thats got to be the cutest thing Ive ever seen, haha..... Be careful though, Broke the axle on my Nissan once doing something like that haha 1000 dollar repairs suck.

  • does it really beep in reverse like a truck?

  • @turbochargedbrick Yes, basically. It has a "Pedestrian Alert" system that makes a "binging" noise at low speed. (I think it's louder in reverse.) The 2011 model allowed you to turn it off temporarily... maybe to sneak up on people you don't like?

  • nissan leaf FTW

  • LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Does the leaf beep when it backs up or was that something else in the background?

  • @CruzoBolt Probably it does. Like the trucks, lol.

  • doesent that hurt the transmission even though its an electric car?

  • @awada85 it has no transmission.

  • @rickmillerjr77 Actually, it does have a transmission, just not in the traditional sense. Most transmissions we're used to perform the task of transmitting power from the engine to the wheels, and shifting gears. The Leaf has only one gear ratio, so no shifting takes place, and the transmission only has to get the power to the road, as well as slow down that 10,000+ rpm to reasonable levels for the wheels. It's a very VERY simple one-speed transmission, but really only in the technical sense.

  • oh thats bull shit its a front weel drive come the fuck on

  • @MsCrappants shut up u moron

  • It's so weird when it spins out without any engine noise..

  • @b00rk Its fully electric, you would hear much anyway.

  • Well that's full torque @ 0rpm for ya.

  • @toyotaprius79 Sorry to burst your bubble but there are revolutions per minute in the electric motor. If it didn't, I would not know how the car would move.

  • @RzXVeRSaTiiLe Sorry, 1 rpm then.

  • @toyotaprius79 lol No a lot more than only 1 rpm lol it rotates at around 10,000 rpm's

  • Yup. Traction control disabled. Wet roads and hill help too ;-)

  • Do you have to disable traction control or something?
