  • A while ago Google introduced a new way of wheedling people's searches by making it imposible to browse Google Search anonymously while being logged in to Youtube.

This functional merge should be legally banned

  • @googleprivacy ok makes sense but lets say the user is not with Google account , Like lets say the person is signed in to YouTube by linking their yahoo to Google but don't have a Google account will this apply to them as well??? what about those that use Google chrome but don't have an account???

  • You guys misunderstood. Google stands have never change. Google was against SOPA and ACTA. Google even black out their website with Wikipedia. There is a news this month about Google vs MPAA. MPAA demands Google to release information on Hotfile, but Google refused without the file-hoster consent.

  • What's a Jagwar?

  • Fuck off google

  • @ssgsej MOVE TO OTHER SEARCH ENGINES, INSTEAD OF YOUTUBE GO TO OTHER VIDEO WEBS, DON'T USE GOOGLE APPOINTMENTS, USE YOUR OLD PAPER CALENDER. AND GET RID OF SUPERMARKET, PHARMACY, ETC CARDS. YOU ARE NOT SAVING MONEY, YOU ARE PAYING A HIGH PRICE!

  • IM RETARDED AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SEARCH 'JAGUAR' THE ANIMAL, NOT THE CAR. THANK GOD GOOGLE CAN DO THAT FOR ME.

  • And google knows then all we do... I think id be better to keep it separate.

  • BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU

  • @7SIII I know! It's Apple. At least Google allows you to decline.

  • @zoics1 You can still use Google and YouTube, just close your account and never log in

Unless you want Google to know everything about you from your searches on their websites

    February 29th, CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT

  • Whats an alternative to gmail that wont track you ?

  • Comment removed

  • its so blatantly obvious google is trying to squeeze everything out of us, they want to know everything about us. power is knowledge, they can read ur emails, know your friends and what you do with google+, where you are with maps, who you send texts to with android, what you search and where you visit through chrome and google search! the bastards are demanding too much knowledge of us!!!!

  • ¿alguien sabe si existe un video igual que esté en castellano o al menos subtitulado?

  • But I don't WANT you to know whether I'm looking up an animal or a car. If I'm not smart enough to narrow my search, then screw me. It's not your job to do my thinking for me, and it's none of your business. DO NOT waste airwaves, baud, bandwidth or memory trying to calculate what I want or need. I'll do that for myself, thank you.

  • congratulations chrome users. now the Illuminati will know everything you do

  • more control, sopa and acta are coming

  • we will be able to tell when you will have a meeting.

im never using google again 0.o

  • xnxx.com

  • Never mind all that pesky legal stuff, were watching everything you do, everything you comment on, we know more about you than your family does. Were looking for key words that might put you even more under the microscope, Oh shit, perhaps I may have just used one and not even known it, thus explains the New Marxist Design, it almost seems like a Marxist I know in the White House designed it himself. If you think your still living in a free Country, you have to be a Liberal, no hope for u guys!!

  • Message from Goggle:

We have made our privacy policy easy for you to understand we have provided it below.

You have none- there isn't that easy to understand.

  • @2012vote its still law-stuff

    its never EASY to understand

but I'm guessing they made an effort

  • I am going to lose my youtube account over this.

From no fault of my own.

    Google will cause me loss.

    A crime under Common Law.

And they WILL be Liable to pay me compensation for my loss.

  • @nikamota

    its your fault

you dont agree with their policy? leave!

you dont like the laws in your country? leave!

maybe you should try thinking for a second instead of just demonizing it

  • You guys do know that this new policy changes very little and you can opt out of the data merge at any time.

  • : (

  • How many of you actually read policies before accepting? Instead of "reading" 60 policies you will actually read just 1.

  • @rogerpike2 I read the policy. Not very nice asking for your personal details online or else.

  • So basically, by excessive surveillance you're going to help me spell Noob and not newb?

I'd like my privacy back thanks, guess it's time to use bing and hotmail again.. :(

  • @lolizmu lol

whats so wrong about what they're doing?

they had all this data about you before - now they're just USING it to improve their services

    whats so bad about that?

and if you think that hotmail is nearly as good as gmail, you are mistaken

  • Google: biggest phish in the pond.

  • I don't like this part of the policies...

When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Services, you give Google a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services

  • But they do this anyway?

  • WAKE UP PEOPLE BeFORE ITS TOO LATE.... who is this really making it easier for . US or THEM? Whos to gain to most from this change? Follow the money and you will find the truth behind this....

  • ..... "CIA : thank u Google u make it real easier"

  • @graystone2007 Google doesnt wont have any more information about any user after the policy change

every internet service has the same amount of information about you. Microsoft, Apple, Yahoo....all of them

and all of them have to share this info with the CIA, because of the patriot act

  • fewer word simpler explanations? sooo basically making it extremely vague and open to interpretation of you lawyers to let you do whatever the fuck u want with our information?

  • Yeah? well guess what google? sometimes i just wanna search for porn! doesnt mean i wanna have it showing up everywhere else.

  • Thats like ''pimp my ride'',completely useless shit -.-

  • sounds suspicious!

  • ah dont tell me something is going to go wrong when i look up porn after the first day of march

  • @shadownitron is porn a google service? lol

  • I love being represented as someone with a tiny head and large body. Makes me feel like I have a lot of brains. Google you can has all my information. I love being tracked traced and having all my searches tailored to me. Hail google. I hope google becomes the law some day.

  • Ads should be the least of anyone's worries. I know this may come as a shocker, but the things you do on the internet....not exactly private information. Why this should affect anyone's opinion about Google is beyond me.

  • ixquick

  • this sucks. I don't want to be logged into multiple services all at the same time. And I know from a bitter experience that since the last 18 months since they started merging all their sites togather this so called privacy policy also means that we have less privacy left. Fuck off google. Fuck you mother fuckers.

  • @larcm3 what are you talking about?

this actually means better privacy, because there is less loopholes

right now, if you have a google account, you are also logged into all those services

they just dont share information with eachother

  • I swear, and I thought I was paranoid schizophrenic.

  • Trying to merge peoples identity with an account so they can sue you whilst hiding under the mask of ''privay protection''. Kinda sad.

Bye bye old google. Time for somin' new. But don't you worry google, I'll try to find somin' that always will remind me of you. I'll go see if Sproogle or Ploogle is actually a search engine.

Dry your tears. Power to the Users.

  • @moker1215 actually you are a pretty sad human being

tell me one single thing that is wrong with this policy change!

  • the fuckers don't ever actually TALK about the changes!

  • @1overthehillsfaraway they do

they have an entire page dedicated to their new privacy policy

you cant squeeze an entire law-document into a 2 minute video

  • this is bullshit, if u fuck up on google they will hand your ass over to the government

fuck google, Hello yahoo...How's yo mama and her friends?

  • @R7I0 can you fill me in? I wanna know, specificly, why you're closaing your account.

  • I liked you google. Really did, but you're not putting up enough of a fight. At least admit you know what acta is all about, and why you are forced to do this; More intuitive experience my ass:)) If acta is ratified by the European Parliament I'm definitely leaving you for a search engine with a spine.

  • @lake7less google was against sopa, and they will definitely be again acta aswell !

  • @crasherball

That's what they let you believe... Google is a billionaire company, which means it's most likely evil. Might sound strange, but money always leads to greed, which leads to corruption. Google is trying to create a global profile for their users: everything you search for on Google, the videos you watch on Youtube, the comments you leave... Who says the government does not has access to this kind of information? I think alot of people really don't understand why stuff

  • @crasherball

    (2) like this happens, and who are in control of the billionaire companies. Do you know how much information about yourself will be linked to this profile? It will all be recorded and free for the government to check on you. The same with Facebook, it's all a global profile of your personal life, beliefs etc. The government DOES have access to this stuff. It's slowly stripping away your privacy...

  • Does this privacy policy apply or do anything if your Youtube account is linked to a Yahoo or other email service instead of a legitimate Google account???

  • @xx2n26 It should just link that to any other google accounts you had set up linked to that email. No different than if you had a google email, and no big deal either way.

  • @asteroidrules Okay, thanks.

  • Are those freakishly disfigured people with no hands, no feet, and shrunken heads supposed to be comforting?

  • Nothing can stay great without greedy businesses stepping in and ruining it. This isn't google's fault, it's the corporations finding out about web piracy and trying to fight it by this blatant violation of privacy. Time to start using a different search engine. You will be missed, google.

  • @KneeOJustice You release youtube is involved.

  • Fuck this shit, google are stalkers.

  • @villadavid4ever why? nothing has changed - they dont know any "more" data than before...

  • I will use Bing anymore.

  • people are upset that google is dumbing things down enough for them to understand what they've been doing this whole time. oh, the irony...

  • Comment removed

  • Sure, i'll have it. 5$ for my search history > my search history for free

  • @R7I0 forget about your youtube account too

  • @ksionc100 Do you really think google will read 1000000 mails per hour?

  • @WhatTheAlva My question is wether Google gives itself right to read the content of e-mails or Private messages. (????)

I'm not aking if every single email/PM is read in every case Dum Dum.

  • @ksionc100 No it does not, Google cannot read you emails or documents.

  • @HEN000y Technically they can. What I'd like to know is how far the legal agreement is interpreted.

  • @ksionc100 Well yes technically they can, but if they do you could sue them.

  • @HEN000y "No it does not, Google cannot read you emails or documents"

If you have a Gmail account, they can.So stop telling lies.

  • @nikamota I mean legally, yes they can break the contract they have with you if they want but then you can sue them.

  • @nikamota you are an idiot - of course they CAN read it - but they wont

but thats the same thing with all other email-providers (yahoo, hotmail, etc.)

they all scan trough your email aswell

thats why only way spam-filters work

they have to scan the words in your email to find out if the email is spam or not

but no human being will actually read that information

  • "privacy privacy 5 dollah"

  • Someone please explain, is the content of e-mails or Private messages read by google staff / associated entities???

  • @MasterTonySang I'm not Spanish

  • In other words the "One World Government" is on its way and so Google had to tidy up and make it "One Company Internet" SCREW THEM!!!

  • @StuartTheGamerNerd one company internet?

what the fuck are you talking about? there are still other companies

dont you think its logical that ONE company has ONE set of rules?

why should a single company have diferent rules for all their different services...

  • @crasherball why do you think?.....don't YOU think its logical to have different rules for each program and service...its what makes the internet unique and discreet and their ruining that!

  • @StuartTheGamerNerd why are you so scared about this?

tell me one downside that this will bring....

  • Comment removed

  • @crasherball how about the possibility of some1 typing some smut in your computer then having your wife recive a sales certificate for some tna porno shop down town?? I like my privacy

  • @snowdevil2002 what the FUCK are you talking about?

    are you mentally ill?

what has any of those things to do with privacy and/or google?

Google values privacy more than most other companies

  • @crasherball oooh, someone got outa bed the rong side toady. don't be late for your anger management course.

2ndly: do you realy believe the above statement or is you just numb?

3rd: more than most other companies? relatively....yeh feel safe now dumbo

  • @martimotion I'm gonna argue with you, when you start using correct spelling....

...or at least even try to do it...

looks like youre just deliberately trying to spell stuff wrong to come across like some sort of badass or whatever....

but actually it makes u look like a retard

  • @crasherball knew you'd bite!

  • I literally laughed when it said "instead of going through all this boring law stuff let's look at these funny pictures and imagine how good this change will be"

  • @Losseeh dont you think you are over-reacting?

they have dedicated an entire page to all this "boring law stuff"

they point to it on every google service

this is a video - videos work with pictures

  • It's all clear with this simple and efficient animation. From watching this it became clear to me for example that:

"We may collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number). Google may associate your device identifiers or phone number with your Google Account."

  • so if i wan't yo be on youtube a must have

gmail, blogspot, google+ and LOLots of other shit

and all these other acounts know what i do in the other one

and if ilost one i lost all

    that look awasem

  • Look, to everyone who's up in arms about this, I want you to consider what's changing here.

Google is in no way doing anything different with our information. The fact is, we store our information on Google services. This update is merely interconnecting them for the sake of convenience. There is no one at Google HQ who is literally watching our activity. It's just a little change in programming on the server end in regards to how our info is handled.

Really, there's no need for any rage. :)

  • Whoever is whining about invasion of privacy doesn't understand the policy. First, there is barely any change; they had all this information already and now can just combine it. Second, Google IS NOT providing this information to companies; they are just using the information to refine which ads show up to the user-the company itself has no idea to whom their ad is being shown. Finally, if you are really so worried about someone knowing what video you searched for, just sign out of your account.

  • @jnahra1 actually the new regulations also introduce quite discretionary exemptions from that rule.

  • ¿A eso le llaman privacidad? Irónico, muy irónico...

  • FUCK YOU GOGLE

andate a la mierda en español

  • Privacy?!? My "user experience"? I don't want an experience; I want a tool I can use, set aside after use, and have no trace left behind unless I choose to leave one. Is that so hard to understand?!?

  • @countrypaul you're actually pretty dumb - no offense

    do you use Gmail?

how do you think Priority Inbox works?

an algorithm scans your emails based on your behavior and determines which emails are important TO YOU and which arent

    that is an EXPERIENCE

    same method goes for spam-filters

if Gmail wouldnt have these awesome features, I wouldnt use it

so its all about the personalized experience

a dumb static tool is good for nothing

software used to be the way you described it about 5 years ago

  • FUCK YOU GOOGLE YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO LOOK AT MY PRIVACY....anyone with half a brain should realize this is wrong

  • @mariereneest wat the hell are you talking about?

    "looking" at your privacy?

they're not doing anything differently. they just merge all their rules into one set of rules

everybody with half a brain realizes that its actually a good thing they're doing

  • @crasherball wow....you seriously bothered to comment on everyone single persons comment?!?!?!...even with the "view all comments" button gone??? DUDE YOU ARE "ONE" SAD MAN!!

  • @crasherball <----- Girl with iphone who doesn't want people going against her precious programmers who make her apps to use.

  • Everyone should Flag this Google Video and select the reason "It infringes my rights" "It invades my Privacy"

  • remember when they used to say "You can do money without doing evil"

    well apparently you can't...

  • @flips972 yes you can, google's new privacy doesnt make more money for them

  • @saberur66 Bitch please, watch again.

Serving you better ads is not about money?

  • @flips972 its about finding ads that will most appeal to you, which were already on google...

  • @saberur66 sure man, see you on google +

  • @saberur66 yeah for money you dumb fuck

  • @flips972 serving better ads is a GOOD thing

nobody likes ads - but ads that apply to you are better than ones that dont

and you can always turn off the ad-tracking in your google account

  • Google can suck my left nut!!!!

  • LOL, the policy changes really aren't threatening, simply a unification of existing policies already in effect. There just seems to be some sort of alarmist culture out there looking to turn every shadow into a bogey man. I agree that we must be diligent in matters of privacy, however we can't simply fear Change for change's sake.

  • Even Congress and the EU are angry about this. Google listens to no man, it is a powerful entity that has taken a life of its own and will not yield to anyone. It must be stopped!

  • hey you tube and google .....fuck you traitors ..wait until SHTF

  • Comment removed

  • Can you please make a Tutorial how to block all Google sides ?

  • This is just a indirect method of the NWO keeping a tab of your where abouts on the net. Who are they trying to kid by pulling the wool over my eyes-you fascist/communist dictators!

  • @aek1928 How can a CORPORATION be communist?

  • Whats with all the likes for this video, can any of you even comprehend what Googles doing here? Fuck you Google.

  • Comment removed

  • Damn it Google, we don't want this. So at 1:12 you claim you're going to save all of our past searches to create a better understanding of what we look for. That's a massive invasion of our personal privacy. You have created a privacy policy which ensures every individual leaves an online footprint. What's with the urgent need to gather all this information, huh? Did Uncle Barack give you the orders?

  • @MarmiteMan4

seems Facebook are doing the same too by introducing the timeline profile which leaves our profiles more open and I could agree with you...I reckon it's done on purpose for the authorities to find it easier to snoop on you

  • @MarmiteMan4 Freedom of speech is coming to an end, trolls are being hunted down and sent to prison Youtubes B.G is going and hate speech warnings are on the up.People will start to stop airing their views in fear of being arrested. Its the wind down to the end of free speech and the squeezing out of expression via political viewpoints.

  • Google is private society, if you're not happy with it just dont use it.

  • @LukeDarko The Internet is a free and open place. It has given a voice to the people via Social Media, It has created political change e.g. (Arab Spring, OWS, Anonymous and so on). Talmudvision is dying, why watch Fox News or CNN when you can find your own alternative media online. There should be no room for dictatorial corporations on the Internet, Google unfortunately is heading down that road.

  • @MarmiteMan4 wer beging too winn tha wor agens tha sionis joos hoo hab ben fludin al thes blaks an pakkies intoo ar bootifall wite contrees wiv thay talmood propaganna an noo weld orda

  • want to see what is google doing with us ???? .... /watch?v=YUfTGtoOcXE

  • @vinitgorakh Video, is gone. Copy of the video somewhere?

  • IT'S A TRAP!!!!

    /watch?v=piVnArp9ZE0

  • Time to remember something we might have forgotten a bit over time: the internet is more than Google services. Have fun playing with yourself, Google.

  • HEY BIG BOYS AT GOOGLE.... read these freaking comments and get a clue.

  • The Matrix is coming soon, kids...

  • This is bullshit. I HAVE TO link my google account with my Youtube to access 100% of my saved content

  • well i guess its time to find new search engine

  • @superthorn96 You can still use Google and YouTube

Just close your account and never log in again

  • 947 people... U mad?

  • MOTHER OF GOD...

  • @Daynasays No, The richest guy in the world is that mexican guy... What was his name again?

  • @stickfighter51 BING SEARCH. If you say BING sucks then you're wrong because all YAHOO searches are powerd by BING search

  • @stickfighter51 GTFO. If Google shut down, right here, right now, you'd all be crying your asses off.

  • @reboh79 Wait so you're actually supporting googles new privacy policy... U mad bro?

  • I'm sure they'll only be able to know your location based on your IP address, so if you have a dynamic IP address you've got nothing to worry about ;)

  • don't be evil looks really evil

  • Holy shit I hate those drawing animation characters they used, do they really think of use like that? SCREW YOU GOOGLE

  • OHH PLEASE NOO .. PLEASE DONT SUPPORT THIS SHITTY VIDEO

FIRST MEGAUPLOAD, NOW THE FBI WILL INTERVENE YOUTUBE

  • Enough with the negative comments. The simplified animation and affectionate narration makes it clear that google cares about us as if we were their own dear children, individually selected and purchased on the black market.

  • Can't people just shut up about your "privacy"?

I bet not a single one of you give a shit about "privacy", you're just hopping on the bandwagon.

It's not like nobody knows you have a porn addiction, anyways. Your ISPs probably track 10x as much information as Google does.

Don't like Google? Don't f*cking use it. Stop ruining Google employees' moods and just either use the service or don't.

    Thank you for reading.
