if you seriously want to get rid of a very stuffy and runny nose, have a 15 minute hot shower, dont try to blow out your nose it makes it worse, after the shower your nose will be clear!

The body typically clears its nasal cavities when it's doing something strenuous unless there's physically something blocking it like mucus then idk =/ Who knows? Your nose might still flush out mucus when doing this, try it ;D

OKAY, SO, i family remedy we use is, things you'll need 1. 3 tissues 2. a place to lie down Let's start! 1. pinch your nose with one of the tissues then walk around (Fast) Without breathing. 2. once you can't stand not breathing anymore get on to your bed/sofa and stretch your spinal cord, while breathing out of your mouth. 3. then tilt you head upward while your body is still lying down, and sniff. ***Repeat this about 3 times!!!*** (More if needed)
