I used the White Strong and Flexible (WSF) plastic that shapeways sinters to build up the model. Go to shapeways to learn more about the materials they offer such as WSF.
This is a neat toy :-) I'll order one along when I am done finishing my project there (but currently, I am still having trouble modifying an existing stl :-( )
