  • thx. good vid. appreciate the insight!

  • YOU ARE GONNA SHOOT YOUR EYE OUT!

    :^)

  • how do you clean the barrel?

  • I tend to clean my gun every time I see Justin Beaver on the Teli. She is the hottest.

  • @redcapedjoker what are you talking about mate, relax

  • do you need air canisters for one od theas

  • can you do a video of how to clean pcp air rifle barrow

  • pcp guns can diesel? I thought only springers? Any ways keep the videos coming!

  • @cordless33 Usually you only hear about springers doing that because they are much more common and most of them are at the power level that can cause oil to flash. High powered PCPs will ignite oil with a low flash point.

  • @phgHunter Ok I understand now thanks!

  • @angel53ist I showed you.

  • What gun is this?

  • @AwesomeAlex420 Benjamin Discovery.

  • lol this is what i pretty much used all winter hunting with my shotgun. i kept dropping it in the snow cuz i was drunk and lulzing around. works good. gun still looks new.

  • how many airguns do you have?

  • @TheBlabla1996 Five if you count my co2 pistols.

  • What do you use to clean/ care for the wood?

  • @smileymat123 Nothing.

  • Curious to why you used a silicone cloth with rem oil? Couldnt you have just used a normal soft cloth with the rem oil instead? The silicone cloth already comes with a type of oil on it to clean off fingerprints and is basically used to polish the gun. You are cleaning your gun with a mix of two oils by doing that. I've read around that using the silicone cloth after you oil clean your gun is the way to go. What do you think?

  • @Whiskcat The way you clean your gun is up to you. I don't think adding some more oil to the cloth will hurt anything. The rem oil is probably similar to what is already on the cloth.

  • @phgHunter thanks for the response and thanks for the vid.

  • is it bad that the copper bore brush doesnt turn in the barrel?

  • @hein127 No its not bad. The spinning handle is under to much force when you are pushing the rod and tends to bind up. You can try to spin it while pushing, it will probably catch the rifling and start spinning.

  • no video means you cant call out a guy who made a video

  • First, take stock and barrel separate...then clean barrel all metal parts (WHY LAZY)

Second, clean the stock with all surface...Clean ..that mean clean all surface of the wood..

....Look like u scare to make a baby get hurt..No, they are STEEL and WOOD!

  • @CharlieDoan Listen buddy, you need to shut the fuck up. This is BASIC maintenance. The metal that isn't exposed does not need care unless it gets wet or dirty. This weekend I shot it all day in the snow. I took the stock off and cleaned the metal and wiped the stock down. You DO NOT need to clean air gun barrels like firearms. They don't get dirty enough. You never clean them unless your accuracy starts decreasing. You will do more damage than good. Learn to speak English and quit trolling.

  • Why don't u just do it....so, we can see what u doing??? Say like that is not SHOW HOW U DO???

-Prepare and put your hand TO WORK....I feel like I have to take note and do it myself from your video... POOR VIDEO!!

  • @CharlieDoan There sure are a lot of critics who have no videos of their own.

  • great video by the way, i should probably listen to it now that i know i should probs take a bit more care of my air rifle ; )

  • you air rifle people are way too finicky! im a bang bang shooting person and i have an air rifle but i just shoot a cleaning pellet through it to clean it and then stuff it back in the gun cabinet o.O

  • @StunnedMutha That is not proper maintenance. Soon your gun is going to be a solid chunk of rust.

  • @phgHunter O.O and now i am sad...

so should i put some sort of cleansing lubricant over the metalic parts of the gun?

  • @StunnedMutha I didn't mean to be so blunt about it, I'm not a morning person. Yes, you should make sure to wipe all of the metal surface with a clean cloth with oil on it.

  • @phgHunter ok cheers buddy, will do ; )

  • @phgHunter that's right i always clean all of my guns after a time period to keep them working correct. i have guns 20 years old and all still work fine. you keep up your maintenance bro!!! nice vid

  • Do you keep your rifle in a hard air tight case? Personally, I would worry more about the functioning parts of a rifle than the "cosmetic" parts. The rifling collects lead residue, just like a powder combustion rifle. FP10 is the best and I use it on my Discovery PCP and SKS. The oil does not at temperatures below 500 degress Fahrenheit.

  • @spicap427 I transport it in a hard case but I keep it in a gun safe. There are very few moving parts or seals that need to be lubricated on the Discovery. The barrel does not require cleaning, although I do occasionally.

  • what rifle model is this?

  • @7thcavalary Benjamin Discovery .22.

  • How to maintain the side lever available?

  • Hello, I might get a pellet rifle called the Crosman Quest1000x Break- Barrel. Im not sure how to actually use Chamber oil for it. if you know if you could please tell me that would be wonderful. Thank You.

  • Where did you get that thing that looks like a silencer and how much was it?

  • @MESSER8989 Google TKO 22. It was like $40.

  • how much do benjamin descoverys cost

  • @AIRGUNZ123 $250 for the gun only.

  • for the outside of the gun can i just use some WD-40

  • @pfalco34 Yeah but don't get it anywhere else. It is too light for airgun seals and will cause leaks believe it or not.

  • y not just take the scop off

  • @ballhawk210 You could but I didn't want to have to sight it in again. Plus, it is hard on the aluminum mounts to take them off and put them on a lot.

  • is the discovery very good quality? how is if for hunting. good video man

  • @OregonBackpacker It is the quality that you would see with Crosman's 2240 but I would say a step up. It is great for hunting, its really light and without a silencer it is pretty short too. It packs power also, more than really any spring piston gun.

  • Good video. I needed to see one like this for my disco

  • @Gamovarminthunter1 Glad it helped.

  • Very good vid!

  • @mac6706 Thanks!
