  • ur truck certainly does some mileage

  • Nice vid :)

sooo want a Savage Flux :D

  • Pick my Flux up on Saturday and thatnks to videos like this I feel I made the right choice.

I never thought I would ever spend so much on batteries in my life though.

Thanks for reminding me to dry and oil the bearings after wer runs. I better check my aftershock..

    Happy Bashing!

  • probably the ideal surface for one of these monsters as it wont grip roll or power flip over so much

  • Nice driving! looks like crazy fun. I want one bad.

$609.00 at my LHS. I already started saving.

  • thanks for sharing man, that was awsome

  • So how'd did you waterproof it so you didn't fry that expensive electro stuff?

  • esc.. waterproof already,

moter.. waterproof (but u have to dry and oil bearings after water runs)

    batteries: Maxamps (waterproof)

or Nimh, which don't care about water.

i'm going electric now... (presses the add to cart button on the e-store)

  • No its not you moron, no current brushless system is "waterproof"

  • yes, the new vxl from traxxas is waterproof, but the bearings on the moter are not... so you blow the whole thing down with compressed air, and re-oil the bearings. It will work. And my e-revo 1/16 is coming in about a week :) can't wait.

  • 5 sur 5 obliger ta video est superbe et bien réalisé avec une bonne musique.

  • nice drivingskills , truck and video!!

  • Does the Flux have the ability to move the pin where the upper arms connect to the bulkhead to a lower position like the esavage does? This lowers the roll center of the truck greatly increasing stability in turns and prevents traction rolling. I know GP savages dont have this option for whatever reason, but there is a kit you can buy to do it.

  • what´s the runtime of this baby?

  • about 30-35min

  • u hayd any problems with the diffs or anything looseining up

  • Very cool! I still much prefer the E-Revo, but that thing is sweet!

  • Thanks. E-Revo was good too, but Savage is tougher with all-metal drivetrain.

  • If you say so. Personally, I have never seen a damaged E-Revo tranny, even with 6s lipo and neus.

  • Yep, mine was converted e-revo with nitro revo transmission locked on 2th, so it was weaker than regular e-revos tranny.

  • Ah, yah, nitro tranny is weaker.

  • @VXLBeast Not broke any drive-shafts? I find the plastic shafts is a problem with all the traxxas vehicles...

  • how is the handeling like compared to the revo you had?

  • Revo was lighter. Flux handles really good with 4s lipo, great truck for jumping and bashing.

  • how heavy is the flux? becuase i picked one up at the hobby shop and it seemed pretty light, but it also seems to be smaller, becuase my converted revo on 7s2p a123 is 11.8 pounds :) but i can take off a pound by using 7s1p. also how heavy was your converted revo?

  • Crap that things a beast!!! Sweet vid!!

  • another sweet video! that thing looks like so much fun
