I don't know why he's not more famous than he is, but it might be a good thing. Being too high-profile can really mess with a person, and I would hate to see that happen to a guy like him.
@vampire09100 I don't say he's not a talented comedic actor. Arnold Rimmer made Red Dwarf in my opinion but as for impressions I've seen far better who where less famous.
Every Scottish man does an impression of Sean Connerey for christ sakes.
You can tell by the begrudging nature of some of the questions that Wogan doesn't like Barrie. And who can blame him as by comparison he looks like even more of a smug, untalented buffoon than usual.
Mr. Brittas is not odious. He is just officious. In fact, what Mr. Brittas does has no malice... I mean, he's a boss, and it's the way of all the bosses are like in every corner of the world :)
I think Terry Wogan doesn't know the Gordon Brittas character at all.He is a really nice,caring individual who would do anything for anyone.Rimmer,yes he is odious one,thankfully.....Chris,you are Ace,in more one way than one : )
