I'm pretty sure that second BMW is from a tuning house, also I have to say that I would call it obnoxious, matte paint, huge wheels, black windows and a stripe over the top to me is pretty obnoxious. A discreetly modified car to me is a well tuned car that looks stock, sleepers if you will.

It's a BMW 1 Series. And IMO the black car is nicer, it's got Volk rims (considering they are legit) and the grey one....while it's nice, the wheels don't look very functional for a racer. Oversized, heavy, and tires are too low profile!
