@cvijete Generally, you would shave after exfoliating. I shaved the night before, if your skin tends to be sensitive I would suggest doing the same, just in case.

If you order this online, they send you some generic cheap lotion instead of the maintainer. I was extremely disappointed, and when I talked to the company on the phone they just hung up on me! Will not be buying this again!
