@Jerz0neMUSICC the engine relocation you're noticing is actually not a relocation at all. There's a very small trunk space which I believe you saw at 0:24 which is located just behind the engine. The Honda (or Acura) NSX was a mid engine car unlike the Lamborghini or Porsche which are both rear engine cars which have no trunk space in the rear.

Actually the Radioshack series of Xmods is what introduced me to the NSX and it's been my dream car since then. And you can buy an NSX with low miles for about 40,000 in some places which is much much less than comparable cars in the same class as the NSX.

If you can find one that has been taken care of and add a comptech or SOS supercharger you will have a rocket. Low boost comptech 115-116 High boost comptech 117-118, or SOS supercharger no aftercooler 118-119 or aftercooled at 122-123. This is on a stock block. Turbo are out there at 400-420rwhp (on a stock block) but they to me change the NSX powerband.

My 92 (which I got in 2000) now has a supercharger makes 412rwhp, handles great (it was built so well the additional power does not over power the car) no rattles, is very tight -- build quality is better than my AMG Merc ....some of the tech is old but no electric nannies here. The best shifter except for the s2000 (which I also own).

Most cars part share their ass off and this couple with lower end models reduce the price. Also to make a car mid-engine cost a lot.  Ask a shop to make you a custom part it will cost a lot, ask that shop to make a couple thousand or one hundred thousand and it became cheap. Only 8K NSX were exported to America period. Hand built, exotic construction, unique parts, endless testing means will be expensive. It actually costed Honda well over 100K to build each NSX.

I'm sure a NSX-R 3.2 made to a 3.5 (can go as high as 3.8) with direct injection 12.1 or higher compression would make 380-400HP and Lap the Nürburgring in the 7:40 range or better by an independent driver and trap out at 120.

There are shop like Comptech and ScienceofSpeed that do did. The NSX engine has a lot of untapped potential that Honda due to the stupid gentlemen agreement and their stubbornness refused to do. Plus the regular NSX sent to America were watered down.
