@darjasoko you might have downloaded the japanese version by accident and it's possible that you computer can't process or display the kanji characters, so it uses ?'s instead. you should uninstall it then try redownloading SAI again but make sure its the english edition. hope this helps. C:

how did you select all of the hair, clothings, skins, etc... all at once?

When I'm on the lineart layer, I use the magic wand to select areas I want to color. I use the select tool for minor areas that the magic wand can't get to. :3
