If the US wants North Korea to give up its nukes, US should give up its own nukes and demand Russia, China, Britain, France, India, Pakistan, Israel to give up their nukes as well.
South Korea really need to have nuclear arm. America's providing nuke umbrella to South Korea have limitation. North Korea is trying to build ICBM. This means, North Korea get able to wipe out LA, and other major US's city. Is America ready to sacrifice it's people and city for sake of South Korea? In addition, China and North Korea are not and have not been involved in any invasions of foreign countries. @CRFxX Not really. For one victory in WW2 is pretty much because of the Soviets. The Allies were really only a distraction from the Russian giant until almost at the end of the war. Although Allied intervention assured Russian victory, it's really doubtfull if without America it would have made a difference.
The Russians were on their way to victory and the UK was capable of taking Africa / Italy on it's own, even if it would've taken alot longer.

@CRFxX Not really. For one victory in WW2 is pretty much because of the Soviets. The Allies were really only a distraction from the Russian giant until almost at the end of the war. Although Allied intervention assured Russian victory, it's really doubtfull if without America it would have made a difference.
The Russians were on their way to victory and the UK was capable of taking Africa / Italy on it's own, even if it would've taken alot longer.
Also, the Nazis didn't enforce their language

UN isen't an soverign republic. Thus there is no such thing as it doing somthing to bad, "which got us into ww2".
