Can this be upgraded to work on 2007 excel?

I don't use Excel 2007, however, the Add-in should work just fine with it. You might have had problems downloading it though if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer. Better use Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari or Opera.
