Well, there went my manhood. But it wasn't doing me any good anyway. Great job with this lovely piece.
The best part? You haven't even begun to scratch the surface as far as all the great tunes you're gonna hear and learn throughout your life. With your voracious appetite, that's going to be a lot of tunes.
Btw, I like those tuner buttons on the Petros. Now if you could only score some decent mics...ha!
Good job. Isn't DADGAD a great turning? I went to one of Alex's guitar clinics and the night before he played Sleepytime for his encore - it was great - go see him sometime and if you get a chance to attend one of his clinics, do. He would love to hear you play that - I bet him seeing you play that would make him cry. ;-). Keep on practicing and relax. Also record yourself -- it will give you get feedback.
Alex came to my school (University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee) a couple months ago. He was recording a video, and I was able to play this song for him. He didn't cry though. (I guess that means I didn't do too horrible a job on it):-)
Beautiful guitar! I've never heard of Petros Guitars, but I will certainly look into them. Not only do they sound beautiful, but they have beautiful lines and artistic qualities as well. Your playing was beautiful as well!
I've been paying close attention to your guitar and I am highly impressed with the tone. I just played a Taylor T5 Thinline and it sounds good, but this one sounds way better. How much do they typically run??
Hey, i'm in love with this song i discovered several years ago. I haven't been able to find transcriptions on internet, where did you get one ? Did you play it by ear ?
Hello busker12
You are amazing! I would guess you are out of college and in the real world. You have a great talent, please keep it up!

Yes. It is in 3/4. Except the thumb is playing in 6/8 in one section. For the section that seems like it goes to 4/4, it is actually 4 over 3 beats.

Nice picking.
