Speaking of Peoria, AZ, I just saw a video from GMA about a Peoria couple who got their kids taken away because a Walmart employee saw their kids' bathtub fun pictures and thought it was child porn. The judge later ruled it was not porn and returned the kids, but due to the suffering they went through, they're now suing Walmart and Arizona. Gosh, you'd think the police would be smarter and not just assume a crime without using common sense, but apparently not.
