@TheRussianPT It comes with Microsoft office. Start --> Microsoft Office --> Microsoft Office Tool

Just to let everyone know if you have Microsoft Office 2010, you can use Onenote 2010 instead. Insert tfi file, right click, copy text from picture

hi i still have a problem i have ms office 2007 and i have microsoft office picture manager and the problem is i c'ant see send text word botton so please help me how to do it

@badSHESSYboy i think you dont need office picture manager here, you need tiff encoder, this video use acrobat, but im using paint in win7 to change file ext. to tiff for text image..and then you will need "ms Office document imaging" but some instalation of ms office 2007 dont have this.. so you will manually add this features i think in control panel....
