I Have'nt seen a honda cbx in years!! my neibor ues to have one, and it was the wildest thing ive ever seen or heard on the road!! that thing sounded like a f1 car going up and down the road!! it was cherry red with gold pinstriping... he stopped riding it because the elecrtics went bad and he couldnt find the right parts. his son eventually got his hands on it and locked it up in a garage never to see the open road again. sweet bikes.

I owned a "79" CBX it had a six into one. It was one of the best sounding engines I have ever heard - very similar to a Porsch. Sorry to this day I sold it :(

MAte of mine has a 6 which in now wrapped in a Spondon alloy frame. It has Suzi GSX - R running gear. In the stock for the motor was pushing about 110 bhp. After a bit of tunning work buy guru Phil Dent. 99% of the motor has either been lightened or replaced with Falcon parts and the like. It also now sprits a turbo system, with not one but 2 turbos and an NOS system. BHP figures at last run show 211 BHP. More to come when the clutch is uprated again and stops eating itself...
