most people aren't willing to use good and propper form because it means they have to go back to having jack sh!t on the bar and they cant stand looking like they can't push the iron like the big guy they're trying to impress in the gym....What they dont realise is the big guy see's through that sh!t because he did it the right way in the first place....
@CoLFC haha yeah I have always been strong and I have recently started lifting, I had to get over the thinking I would look weak so I could improve my muscle. It's working :)
Is the barbell 40 on each side or 40lbs in total weight?..i notice on almost every barbell video nobody speaks on the exact weights they're using when demonstrating..they only discuss the mechanics..

coleman benches with 200lb dumbbells..does that mean you have to bench with 200lbs dumbbells too? do what you can do safely and with proper form.

Try doing it without using your thumbs to hit your forearms harder, great exercise :)
