I love the new killers material, but I have to say that over time their music has gotten more complicated and less catchy (disregarding 'human' and other singles of theirs). I think the first album sounds the best because the music was essentially simple, but very moving. And the whole Hot Fuss album follows a guy-girl-scandal theme, which is cool. Anyone else out there feel the same way?

totally. ur completely right. ALL of the songs on hot fuss were perfect. i dont like most of the songs on sams town, they just odnt appeal to me adn i cant 'get into' them. same with day and age. most of their b side songs are great, too, though. i feel the same way about most of them as i do the hot fuss songs.
