I'm only thirteen, so I can't really adopt all the pets I want.

But, a few years ago, my mum saved this AMAZING dog who was neglected.

She was the greatest dog ever. I miss her.

But, when I have some time, and a job, I will for sure be volunteering, and donating to shelters and stuff! When I'm older and live on my own, I will for sure adopt a few cats and dogs. <3

My mom told me about this video - and she doesn't even have internet! What a great positive message to send to people - don't buy your dogs from a breeder, puppy mill, or pet store, but adopt one of the millions of dogs and/or cats from a shelter. I've got the most wonderful little kitty rescued from a shelter next to me on the couch. On the flip side, my dad found a maltipoo on the side of the road and docs don't expect it to live to 3 years old because of a heart murmur.
