  • damn. that sounds legit rally car.

  • The SPT definitely is much louder than the stock. I put it on my 2009 4 door and I love it! And yes, I did have a Jetta, but now a WRX.

  • You want a certain amount of back pressure on a 4 stroke naturally aspirated motor. As far as your car, the turbo itself generates plenty of back pressure. You can run an open down pipe if you want. However there will be no power gains, possible less power, unless you are tuned for it.

  • it doesnt matter if it is a turbo car or not. Only 2 stroke motors need back pressure. No 4 stroke engine needs back pressure.

  • nah cuz when i run my cutout off the header on my car it sounds sick but runs like shit. non turbo

  • @detectivealonzo LMAOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!get the fuck outta here hope you own a honda and not a poor subie

  • @detectivealonzo lol...go to a dyno an get the numbers on that and maybe i wont call you a slave

  • i think you can even hear it missfire with no muffler

  • I would love to drive it with no muffler...but is it true that there would be a problem w/ back-pressure?

  • back pressure...the car is turbocharged u dont want back pressure. plus ur taking the end of the exhaust off, u still have the cat and mid pipe.

  • i agree, no mufflers sounds the best.

  • Yeah, SPT is almost like stock, especially if you listen to this video with small PC speakers. But in real life it's got some base - more than stock (stock has no base).

  • sport sounds like stock!

no muffler sounds best i love 4 zyl. boxer sound. its perfect
