@penfoldstew That won't help. It is kinda dangerous, it would most likely remove water weight, or at the the most, amount to getting rid of nutrients before your body can absorb them (including protein). Just eat less and better.
silly and out of subject question but, i just had a light flu or body n head ache, is it better to take the day off my workout or is it better to just take some adril and workout . what hurting the body more ??
@VolQn Don't worry about what he thinks about it, worry about what your abs think. If they are sore after using it, its probably worth putting into your ab workout, if not try using it as a drop set and if still doesn't work I wouldn't bother
scott lad i think your running out of ideas for your vids i mean there great but not like they where when you did the main muscles like chest,back and biceps you now 20 min vids why dont you do more vids on cardio because thats what a lot of people need just as much as weight training. thanks for the vids :)

thing I hate most about any hanging exercise it that it burns my arms.
lever weight shrugs also burn my arms.
