My view is unorthodox. Most people use creatine for bigger lifts. An insulin spike from carbs will raise creatine absorption 60% and the carbs are energy. Pre-workout is a better idea for this. Best sugar/carb to use would be grape juice. It's carb is Dextrose.
Post workout some people use it for recovery, it's less known that IGF-1 is creatine's anabolic edge and insulin spikes reduce IGF1 sensitivity. Creatine can still be absorbed without the insulin spike

NUTRILITE nutritional supplements.. The CLA 500 is great. loose fat, not muscle. is an essential fatty acid that supports lean muscle retention.conjugated linoleic acid (from safflower oil)
they have a lot of great products that athletes such as soccer players and football players use.
and personally from using rhodiola 110 which boosts your energy and improves focus for physical and mental performance, reduces stress also is a great product.
Also N.O. boosters do not actually boost nitric oxide. Studies have shown that no measurable change in blood vessel dialation or nitric oxide levels occurs with ingestion of arginine. The caffeine in NO products will provide a CNS boost. Thats it.
In the liver tabs the amount of BCAAs is negligible. Go to vitamin shoppe and get a tub of BCAA powder. Taken during workouts with gatorade or something like that is a cheap way to speed recovery. Eating whole food is best. I eat 10 meals a day
When insulin spikes post workout your body reacts by pulling nutrients, specifically carbohydrates into the cells. Along with this the creatine will also be pulled in. Creatine will simply provide the body with what it needs to replentish creatine phosphate stores that are depleted during exercise. Does not increase strength though. In the liver tabs the amount of BCAAs is negligible. Go to vitamin shoppe and get a tub of BCAA powder. Taken during workouts with gatorade or something like that is a cheap way to speed recovery. Eating whole food is best. I eat 10 meals a day
