@elanormicheala As an esthetician I can tell you that she explained that completly wrong. The acids dissolve what holds the dry and dead skin cells to your healthy skin so that you can completly remove those unwanted cells. They also have other benefits depending on the type of acid used.

It really would not matter if she has eye-shadow on. Mainly because skin products like cleansers or anything of that nature is not supposed to be used on the eyes or eyelids.

if you want radiant skin, just clean out, drink water and take your vitamins.

On an external level, mix together some brown sugar, a little lemon juice (natural skin brightener), some honey and olive oil and you're good, follow up with a good ALL NATURAL lotion or body butter. You don't need chemical peels.

Not all acid is dangerous we have stomach acid to disolve food i dont see us getting holes in our stomach for that , theres also acid in cosmetic products,cooking,make up all different kinds , so please get your informaiton right.

The acid on her face shes using is removing dead skin cells others absorb oil and clean pores.

But if you use a substance like battery acid that'll burn right through your skin.
