Thank you for this great video, I am definitely going to read your book when I get a chance. I would just like to say that I am in the holistic health field, and I understand how so many people are unaware that health comes from within. Simply treating a symptom does not get to the root cause of the illness, which usually resides much deeper than the physical experience. We need to get in touch with ourselves and with the energy of the Earth in order to heal and balance. Much love and light!
