You just dont consider - 10 years of amv experience. Yes - this video is more modern* and would be popular*, no doub, but they are not the main criteria. And people that voted (authors in this contest btw) decide that storyline and another hard-work was a bit better for today: 1161 vs 1115.

Even on main forum topic people still debate about it.
