"Live and let die" is not a Christian attidute and not a demonstation of the love Jesus spoke of in John 13:34.
It is one thing to offer correction and another thing to condone sin. When you condone what the World does, you send mix messages that cause the unbeliever to not understand that what their doing is wrong and lose their soul. God is not pleased with that. We are supposed to be responsible over precious gift of the Gospel that God has given to us and present it in love to a dying world without compromising. We have too much of that happening already and the World is not better for it.

I've watched this video several times and have prayed about this and I stand to be corrected. Open rebuke is better than secret love. Here's my problem. I watched 7mins and 38secs of this brotha being rebuked and corrected. However there's not ONE second of footage that shows that this brotha has repented and turned from his evil way, and has become a youth pastor today. If you felt so strongly to mention that in your reply, you should've felt just as strong to acknowlege that in your video.
I am sure that GOD honors your method and faithfulness,& GOD does get the glory definitely. But the same GOD that honors what u did, is the same GOD that honors the fact that this brotha repented and has become a youth pastor. GOD gets the glory wholly not partially. If GOD is glorified in what you did, surely GOD should be glorified in this brotha's transformation.

You know you are saved, when you sin and you cry and weep at night about how unsatisfied you are with your sinning and you cry out to God to cleanse you and you aim for a walk like Christ..read 2 Corinthians 7. its talks about sorrow and how your sin/sorrow "should" lead you to repentance.

Young Jeezy is a VERY popular rap artist so it makes sense to focus this attention on his lyrics to open people's eyes. Jay Z is another one...but it will all be revealed in due time.

Muder, extramarital sex, lust, greed, etc . . . these are sin issues and the exact thing she is addressing in the video. I agree with Soulcool. This video is very important for christians to see yes. But for non believers who may be converting to Christ, this will scare the mess out of them and confuse them. God says to fear him, but he also says that he is loving. I think that should be the bulk of the message that we should be promoting to non believers today. especially in these trying times.

Jesus didn't 'hang' with the sinners in the same sense that American Christians like to hang with sinners today. Jesus didn't partake in their sin, not even a little. Jesus also didn't just sit there and entertain worldly conversation and be like, "Oh I support you, it's ok, Jesus loves you." No. Jesus sat with sinners and exposed their sin and told them to repent and turn from sin. So, make sure you're 'hanging' with sinners and the only words out of your mouth are the Gospel and scripture.

This was very eye opening! I want to thank the interviewer because u opened my eyes up also because I also was living this way by listening to this foolishness and jeezy was my favorite rapper. So thanks becuz I have to repent also and promote what God would consider to be the right music! The best thing out of all of this is the young man repented and prayerfully is not supporting it any longer! That's what God wants not to beat up people who live wrong but SHOW them how to leave that life.

When you condone what the World does, you send mix messages that cause the unbeliever to not understand that what their doing is wrong and lose their soul. God is not pleased with that. When you call yourself a christian, you have a responsibilty to live like christ, think like christ, etc. The bible says be ye perfect even as our father in heaven is perfect. God wouldn't have told us to do it if he didn't empower us to do so( just follow the instructions in Matt. 5-7th chapters).

I have no problem with what you're doing but I would have to disagree on how this was done. I don't believe you should have to humiliate this brotha for all the world to see. There's a big difference between ministering to someone and humiliating them. The truth is like a steak. When eating a steak, one normally would use a knife and a fork to cut the steak into pieces to eat. Not shove it down there throats. Truth has to be handle in the same way. If not, one could choke or regurgitate truth.

When we (Christians) in view of the cross, still by personal choice live in & glorify the very sin Christ died to save us from were humiliating Him. You feel sorry for this man, what about God, the gospel & Christ. Hypocrisy in the church is why people mock Christians & you feel bad for him. Everything we said was from the Bible, & God honored our method & faithfulness to His word b/c that young man admitted he was justifying his sin, repented, & is a youth Pastor today. Romans 1:16!!!!

You're right and I don't dispute the fact that what you said is indeed from the scripture word by word and it is bible based. I agree with everything that was said. I just would have chosen another method. That's all. And I'm not suggesting that you use another method, i just don't agree with yours. I believe it's okay to agree to disagree as Christians. I've watched this video several times and have prayed about this and I stand to be corrected. Open rebuke is better than secret love. Here's my problem. I watched 7mins and 38secs of this brotha being rebuked and corrected. However there's not ONE second of footage that shows that this brotha has repented and turned from his evil way, and has become a youth pastor today. If you felt so strongly to mention that in your reply, you should've felt just as strong to acknowlege that in your video.

I am sure that GOD honors your method and faithfulness,& GOD does get the glory definitely. But the same GOD that honors what u did, is the same GOD that honors the fact that this brotha repented and has become a youth pastor. GOD gets the glory wholly not partially. This video only shows the brotha being rebuked and corrected, but it does not show the end result of him becoming a youth pastor. If GOD is glorified in what you did, surely GOD should be glorified in this brotha's transformation.

Well actually I changed my opinion on this video after much thought, prayer, and meditation. I had to get rid of myself(thoughts, opinions, precepts, logic)to really see the heart felt message in this video. Also my comments were made without having all of the facts. After discussing this with P4CM I realized that my judgement was extremly poor. I wrote a sincere apology to P4CM for being so quick to jump the gun on this one. Excellent video! Some people are getting convicted because they're serving two masters. Jesus said you can't serve both, you are either hot or cold not lukewarm. If you struggle with listening to this type of music I have one advce for you.... stop!!! Christ died that sin will not have you bound.

You know you are saved, when you sin and you cry and weep at night about how unsatisfied you are with your sinning and you cry out to God to cleanse you and you aim for a walk like Christ..read 2 Corinthians 7. its talks about sorrow and how your sin/sorrow "should" lead you to repentance.

The only thing that matters is that we were all made to glorify God, we were made just to show Him the Glory and Majesty of his Name.. and Secular music doesnt do that at all.. Read Ephesians 5: 11-20, it talks about the secular against the sacred and music

WOW!! This is soooooo awesome! Like the truth being spit here is so blatant and word-spoken! Its so unbelievably hard to get Christians to understand that secularism is not a playing matter and that music (which was the enemy's TALENT b4 the fall) is so rapidly destroying our body and the ignorance to it and love for it is amazingly rampant!
