Good instructional video, but I think you should include some follow-up techniques, so beginners understand you really shouldn't stop at just one. Especially if there's a size difference. If a woman that sizes bust out a man's knee, he should drop slighly to that side, bringing his head down and in line for something like an elbow strike. Nothing like rattling the brain pan after causing some major pain to take an attacker's mind off attacking. But that's just my opinion. :)

Well Amanda can kick, but apparently she's a trained martial artist, and even still she took her heels off to execute that kick.

I suggest that advising untrained people to kick a side kick even knee high is very poor advice. If you're wearing heels, the safest kick is to the top of your attacker's foot (about 2" - 4" below the toes) as the instep is fairly sensitive to pain. If that slows the attacker down, your next act is to run like hell (heels off if you can do it quickly) !!
