This tutorial has been incredibly frustrating to try and follow. For starters the stabilising doesn't give me an option to select two points to track or to select position/rotation/etc... that bit isn't even that important so as I wasn't allowed to do it for some reason I skipped it, by minute 7 you are talking about all sorts of stuff and it's literally impossible to follow. So infuriating.

Track/reverse track definately works differently in cs5, when you stabilize motion, apply and then precompose and expand bounds it doesn't give you the full frame floating within a larger comp, it gives you footage minus EVERYTHING that goes beyond the original bounds. so it's just a wobbly video with an unchanging big black border around it. I can't figure out what's going on.

after I stabilize and want to put the liquify filter on, it doesn't stay in position. The liquify effect stays in the point i put it at but doesn't track with the face. the composition stays the same after I stabilize and I follow all the steps. Are the sunglasses step key to getting tracking right? (i thought it was just for fun)

I am having a problem that doesn't seem to be one anyone else has talked about. First, GREAT tutorial. I know you save it as a PreComp then adjust the comp size. Yours seems to then bounce around nicely in that size ... mine winds up with black borders all over the place and the video itself is some strange polygonal shape that winds up bouncing out of the frame. Any help? What am I doing wrong?
