  • people, you gotta be kidding me. this is a mans game. don't whine about the refs when someone touches you. and come on who ever makes a charging call for taking too many steps? thats weak. pick your head up and this never happens kiddo

  • @lipsnack79 Bro, that was the biggest elbow i have ever seen

  • you sup man erm i play indoor hockey in england just wondering erm what skates do u have ??

  • Lol Gary is such a shitty name

  • @Hockey3214567 what? get back to me when you actually know how to use punctuation.

  • @liketada1 I feel your pain man! Got hit from behind and smashed my shoulder on the ice and broke my collar bone, worst feeling ever!

  • that locked like a clean hit to me if this is hit hockey.

  • It took me a few replays to see where this hit came from. Charging for sure. I've had more injuries from undisciplined "emotional" hits than anything else. Collarbone is a bitch.

  • i broke my collar bone, 2 weeks ago today, its not too fun.

  • have you ever heard of the freeze or south bend irish rovers

  • Its wierd beause i just played a tournament at that rink

  • Haha i feel ya on the collar bone, broke both of mine U16 than U18 year, worst thing to break, painfull and very uncomfortable!!

  • @ZLinerz I beat you

I broke in 3 times within a year lol

  • @77HeIix haha well congrats, although ahrd to believe!

  • @ZLinerz 09 Christmas tourny cheap shot, out whole season

First scrimage in 2010, broke it in Sept, lost puck at my feet kinda deserved it (well to be hit at least), out till Thanksgiving

First week in Feb, I broke it again, now I gotta sit out this whole year

So I'm missing roughly 2.5 years of my HS career lol

  • @77HeIix Gotcha bro, haha, hard to believe people on youtube, but that sucks, heal up !!

  • man, a lot better than breaking both your ankles sliding into the boards, ruined my chances at playing D1, you will get back, just don't give up and don't rush.

  • dirty charge

  • I've broken my collar bone 3 times playing hockey and now I have to sit out the whole season :\

1st time I was stupid though and kept playing through it.. probably made it worse.

  • ... that was it?

  • That was a charge elbow and boarding did he atleast get a 10

  • @H0CKEYDylan55 no, i believe he got a double minor. but im not sure

  • @liketada1 im pretty sure its a double minor if the kids hurt, but the kid shoulda got 5 and game atleast right?

  • @HabsPens2931 yes, but also the refs were definitely some of the worst refs I have had.

  • @liketada1 I hate it when refs don't do their job. Playing Midget double A and 2 of my teammates not including me. Got charged, elbowed, hit from behind, delayed hit, the list goes on, and the refs didn't call one penalty. Something you gotta deal with because you won't change the ref's mind, but it just really pisses me off.

  • @theorangeiscool1 this is hockey, not ringette if you dont want to get hit play girls hockey.

  • @BendersBreakinAnkles I know it's hockey you idiot. I play midget double A I'm not afraid to get hit either, if people aren't checking properly it can cause serious injuries that is why they have the ref's out their in the first place so the games don't get out of hand. You just made yourself sound stupid.

  • @theorangeiscool1 I play major midget AAA... and I am making my self sound stupid? I am not arguing that it does not cause serious injury, but if you are afraid of "serious injury" that happens once in a blue moon why bother hitting at all?

  • @BendersBreakinAnkles I doubt you play midget AAA for one, but yeah if I am playing a team that I know doesn't give a shit about what they do then yeah I want ref's that aren't stupid and know how to do their job's right. If there weren't ref's out there to keep the game in hand a serious injury wouldn't have "once in a blue moon" it would happen all the time.

  • @liketada1 hey, I'm just coming back from braking my collar bone, hit looks almost identical to what happened to me, first time I could play was today

  • @demon07nd feels great to be back doesnt it!

  • @liketada1 hell yes, sitting on the bench sucks

  • @HabsPens2931 I am a ref and the rule if a player gets hurt, and it being an elbow, since the elbow is a minor, that would than make it an ejection since the player got hurt.

  • @liketada1 I know Im barging into the conversation, but the best way to avoid injury on a play like this is to be very low when covering the puck dont ever go face firt into the boards while standing tall. Dont get me wrong I have had many injuries from hockey and I have played AAA and NCAA puck, Next time you are pursueing a dumped puck go in slow while rapidly looking over both shoulders if you see no one comming play the puck aggressively, if you see one comming control the puck on the bord

  • @Howboutthinking yeah, I have definitely learned to go in cautious when the puck goes in the corner. Thank you.

  • @H0CKEYDylan55 shouldnt be boarding at all he was against the boards

  • @H0CKEYDylan55 your an idiot he coasted towards him watch his feet whe he is within 5 feet from the player and his elbow was down you fuckin idiot

  • vorexodus... wow, really? Let me tell you a few things about hockey you obviously don't know about. One is class. The other is respect. Without those, well... look at your page. And since you're calling people that actually play hockey names, that also makes you a coward. Come out to Cali and do some laps with the Falcons, we'll show you what happens to people like you.

  • @H0CKEYDylan55 you're an idiot lol it was a clean hit from the side into the boards.

  • @H0CKEYDylan55 haha the kid glided in... far from a charge.

  • @BendersBreakinAnkles im a ref and i would take charge for that

  • @STiFF444 define charge? just because he fell and got injured... if it had been a small player hitting a big one and the player who got hit didnt fall, I am positive that call would have been made.

  • @BendersBreakinAnkles no,I would take charge because he skated too much before the hit, not because he got injured.

  • @STiFF444 so because he skated too much? every hit in any game the player skates into the hit.. charge is defined as the increase in speed with intent to violently check opponent, the player skated at a constant speed and hit check was with his shoulder 100% clean.

  • @BendersBreakinAnkles search for charging on wikipedia and you will see that im right

  • @STiFF444 taking more than three steps before checking an opponent. The playing took 1 step and then gliding in

  • Sucks man,

  • That is my cousin

  • i feel you, just broke my callorbone from hit from behind

  • wow talk about a charge

  • my bro just broke his color bone from faling off a huge ramp n a bike...that looked painful man

  • ouch! i feel sorry for u!

  • that sucks dude
