I'm sad to say, that the main reason she didn't win was, that she is Icelandic and not Danish. This has happend the year before and again after with two absolute fantastic participants from Faero Islands. Songs that also could and should have won but didn't because many danes, that watches this show wants a danish preformer to win. I've actually heard and seen this argument coming from people in various places both in real life as well as web debates. It's sad I know.
